I came across this new option to earn free PDUs from PMSoft. They are offering several free webinars, each of which are worth 2 PDUs under Category 3. The timings, however, may not suit the folks in the US (especially those on the West Coast).

The webinars scheduled for April 2009 are:

Each webinar is dedicated to that particular pre-announced topic. These are Live Online sessions (only audio streaming, not video) for which the participants need to have a good broadband connection & a headset to listen & ask questions as & when need be. After confirmation from PMSoft & receiving their e-invite, they will need to login to the session (the login, password will be provided in the e-invite) at that specified date & time only.
- The duration of entire session including Q & A session is 3 hrs. There is a 10 minute break (a logical break) in between.
- PMSoft provides a PDU certificate (2 PDU’s) on successfully attending every webinar session
- The faculties for these sessions are subject matter experts in their respective areas. They are also PMP’s.
