To comply with PMP application audit, you would be asked to submit several documents to PMI. The forms to be signed by your supervisor would be included in your audit package, which has to be downloaded from PMI’s website.

Documents required to comply with PMP Audit

You’ll need to submit the following documents to PMI in order to comply with the audit.

  • Signatures from your supervisor(s) or manager(s) from the project(s) and/or program(s) documented in the experience verification section of your PMP application form.
  • Photocopies (not originals) of your diploma/degree certificate.
  • Photocopies of certificates and/or letters from the training institute(s) for each course documented on the application to meet the required (35) contact hours of project management education.

Hi , I got my application for audit. I worked in global project in onsite offshore model. I am not able to trace the Supervisior from Past company , can u advice who is right person who can support this. Can co-worker or peer from same team can be considered?
